Order Type: Meal-based Ordering

Order Method: Menu-based

Payment Method: Order Payment/Dining Payment

Order Days: Number of days in advance for ordering can be set

Last Order Time (minutes): Enter the last order time of the day via keyboard

Last Cancellation Time (minutes): Enter the last cancellation time after placing an order via keyboard

Beijing Canteen Ordering System Dish List:

Menu Settings: Search by dish name to open, search all, view current status to check if the dish is already listed. Click "Select All" to batch list dishes, select time slot and dish category, enter discount quantity, confirm to successfully list. Click "Add New" to input dish name, unit price, stock, immediate listing, listing time slot, dish category, select file (dish image), confirm to successfully add a new dish. Click the expand/collapse list to show or hide dishes. Click "Restock" on a dish, enter restock quantity, confirm to successfully increase stock by one. Click "List" to select listing time slot and dish category, confirm to successfully list. When ordering, listed dishes appear in the menu mode on the device. Click "Edit" (Modify) to edit dish name, unit price, stock, select file, click confirm to successfully update. Select a dish and click "Delete", prompt: This dish will be delisted and deleted. Continue? Click confirm to successfully delete the dish.

Beijing Canteen Ordering System Dish Category Function:

Dish Category: Search by dish name category and search all. Dish Category: Click "Select All" or click "Batch Delete", prompt: Batch delete product categories. Continue? Confirm to successfully delete. Click "Edit" on a dish category to modify the dish name, click confirm to successfully update. Click "Delete" on a dish category, prompt: Delete product category. Continue? Confirm to successfully delete. Click "Add New" to input dish category name, click confirm to successfully add a new dish category. Click the expand/collapse list to show or hide dish categories.

Beijing Canteen Ordering System has a Restaurant Mailbox Function

Search by name, by message, by message time, search all. Queried data can be exported, displayed in pagination. Restaurant Mailbox displays: Name, Operation, Message Time. Restaurant Mailbox public account messages.

Beijing Canteen Ordering System Order Details Table

Order List: Search by department, by name, by card number, by order status, search all, search by advanced search. Order Details Table displays: Order Number, Name, Order Amount, Order Status, Order Time, Payment Method, Address, Phone, Print, Operation. Data is displayed in pagination. Users can select to print orders under "Print", view order information under "Operation". Orders placed via the public account can be viewed in the Order Details Table.

Order Details display: Card Number, Name, Dish, Quantity, Time Slot, Order Time, Dining Time, Dining Status. Orders placed via the public account can be queried in the Order Details Table.

Order Summary: Search by department, by name, by card number, search all, advanced search. Queried data can be exported. Order Summary displays: Date, Time Slot, Total Persons, Total Amount. Queried data is displayed in pagination.

Real-time Dining: Query dining status by condition and search all. Data is displayed in pagination. Real-time Dining displays: Order Number, Name, Amount, Time Slot, Quantity, Meal Start Time, Meal Pickup Time, Order Time. Dining status after order pickup via public account.
